Colombia coronavirus today: Colombia exceeds 3,000 deaths from COVID-19; those recovered are already 38,280 | Present

The Ministry of Health reported that Colombia reached 91.769 COVID-19 cases, with 3,178 new infections. The number of deceased reached 3,106, with 167 deaths in the last 24 hours.

The recovered are already 38,280, with 2007 new people who overcame the disease.

Likewise, the Ministry indicated that there are currently 50.228 active cases.

During the day, 18,140 samples were processed for a total of 725,828.

The highest number of deaths was registered in the city of Barranquilla, which totaled 63 deaths in the last 24 hours, followed by Bogotá, with 31 fatalities; Atlantic (23); Cartagena (17); Valle del Cauca (8); Sucre (7); Bolívar (5); Chocó, Córdoba and Magdalena (3); and Cesar, Santa Marta and Nariño (1).

The number of infections reported in the last 24 hours was located in the 3178 cases, again being Bogotá, with 810 infections; Barranquilla, with 526; and Atlántico, with 330, the areas of the country where the virus is spreading the most.
