This Wednesday, the explosion of a pipe in the Colima-Guadalajara highway caused the road to be closed in both directions.
According to the first reports, the incident occurred at the height of the Beltrán bridge on the highway.

For its part, Civil Protection of Jalisco reported that its staff works on the road to quell the fire. They ask motorists to avoid the area. Until now, it is unknown if there were victims of the accident.

In the same way, the National Guard indicated that the road closure of the highway is recorded at kilometer 119 + 000, in the Acatlán de Juárez-Colima section.
