RWDM went on Saturday with the three points against Club Brugge NXT. The young guys of blue-black made a good impression, but eventually had to give up 2-0.
In the first half it actually went right and Club threatened a few times via Van den Keybus. Goalkeeper Nick Shilton had to save a penalty, but the young wolves held out until the 70th minute.
Yagan scored and ten minutes later Dequevy put the final score on the board. Not a bad debut, but the difference in experience was still quite big. “We have to try to set up that organization every week and create opportunities. We have to look at ourselves and learn from today’s mistakes ”, coach De Mil said.
