Clint Capela and James Harden brought down the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Championship. The Rockets’ interior and point guard scored 30 and 44 points respectively in a 118-108 game won by Houston. The Geneva linchpin missed its NBA record for one point, established last January against the Denver Nuggets. He delivered one of the best games of his career, adding 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 interceptions and 1 against. When he had a player like Joel Embiid (20 points, 12 rebounds) in front of him!
Clint Capela was particularly skillful, coming in 12 of his 16 shots and 6 of his 8 free throws to finish this game with a +10 rating. A game that his Vaud teammate Thabo Sefolosha once again followed from the bench.
James Harden, he scored 44 points thanks in particular to a 6/12 at 3 points. The bearded man was also the author of 11 rebounds and 11 assists, signing his first triple double of the season, the 43rd in his career.
