An important judicial victory was achieved by Carla Zunino. The Supreme Court ordered his ex-partner, the journalist Claudio Fariña, to delete the photographs of his son and the messages that made reference to the journalist.

Last January, Claudio Fariña was formalized for the crime of threats in the context of domestic violence, after the complaint made by his ex-wife after their separation. For this reason, the journalist was left with the precautionary measure of prohibition to approach the victim for a year.
