How would Lower Franconia’s population be warned in the event of a nuclear accident, a military attack or a catastrophe? How would she be protected? People in this country have been thinking about these questions purely hypothetically since the beginning of the war in Ukraine. And secondly, there are no longer any public bunkers designed for civil defense – not even in Lower Franconia.
