“Since the health emergency, all the workers have shown enormous courage from the very first days by going to the front. Despite the daycare problems, the family conditions, everyone has introduced themselves and largely follows the protocols that the CIUSSS requests. As employees, we have several questions concerning the mobility of staff between establishments, the fact of having a maximum of two masks per shift, not being able to use N95 masks in critical places like (CHSLDs) Laflèche or Mgr Paquin . Before questioning the professionalism of all employees, we should no longer question ourselves from the top of the management tower and make more decisions on clinical grounds for the well-being of the population. ”
