City of Pontivy Honors Long-Serving and Retiring Municipal Staff

The City of Pontivy employs 206 agents (153 civil servants, 52 non-permanent agents and one apprentice). 119 other agents work at the Municipal Social Action Center (75 permanent staff and 44 non-permanent staff). Eleven of them were honored on Wednesday January 17, 2024, during the ceremony of wishes from the mayor, Christine Le Strat, to municipal staff. Dominique Bled, administrative, financial and accounting management assistant, and Jean-Claude Guéhanneuf, agent at the garage of the municipal technical center, received the silver medal for twenty years of service in the territorial public service. Adeline Gonnard, director of culture, heritage and sport services, received the gold medal for 35 years of service.

Three retirements

Marie-Laure Hamon, coordinator of the Liot and Pascot nursing homes (accommodation establishments for dependent elderly people), and Apa evaluator (Personalized autonomy allowance), as well as Ghislaine Houée, nurse at the Pascot nursing home, and Myriam Tanguy, assistant at home, also received the silver medal for work. Annick Oliviero, maintenance and catering agent, received the vermeil medal. Annie Guillou, caregiver, received the gold medal.

On Wednesday January 17, 2024, three agents also asserted their retirement rights: Jean-Pierre Royer (green spaces), Sylviane Bertin (Intercommunal Social Action Center of Pontivy community) and Jamila Rifflart (Communal Social Action Center of Pontivy).
