Citroen DS 7, its new identity has been unveiled these days, the latest Citroen car is gritty, refined and will be available in three versions, one of which is sporty.
It has passed five years since the launch of the first generationthis year the Citroen DS 7becomes new and shows a fantastic restylingrefined, original, ideal for those who love cars. On the surface it remains a dynamic SUVbut it hides a lot of technology and modernity.
The New range of engines now includes three plug-in hybrids, one tuned by DS Performance, with 360 horsepower. This time it is the character of the new one that is exalted Citroen DS 7showing in the front and in the back, lots of news that make it even more beautiful.
Citroen DS 7 some novelties of the new car
The lines are clear, boasts a LED light signature combined with beautiful DS pixel Led Vision 3.0 headlights. It is fitted with 19-inch Edinburgh and Silverston rims. The DS 7 E-tense 4 x 4 version offers users the 21-inch Brooklyn. As for the choice of material, the frame is safebut much lighter than before.
The interiors are beautiful and elegant and show off a 12-inch touch screen which allows you to navigate, manage music, ventilation in just a few taps. Also available to the driver, there are various assistance systems.
The assistance systems are, the level 2 DS Drive assist, semi-autonomous drivingthe DS driver Attention monitoring, the DS Active Scan suspension that takes care of the cushioning system and to conclude the DS Night Vision which is able to detect the presence of animals, cyclists and pedestrians 100 meters away.
Electric motor and horsepower of the new Citroen
The engine is petrol PureTech 180the electric unit is 110 horsepower, as regards the 4 × 4300 and the 4 × 4 360, the engine is identical but from 200 and the 110 and 112 electric motors horses on each axis.
The new Citroen DS 7 allows you to go from 0 to 100 km per hour in 5.6 seconds, the battery is 14.2 kWh and allows you to travel up to 65 km with zero emissions. On the other hand, in the urban cycle, the kilometers can reach up to 81. The car will be available in all Italian stores starting next September.
