Circus Renz stuck in Drachten: “Need help quickly” | Inland

This is reported by Omroep Fryslân. The Renz family, like other years, hibernated in the area behind the conference center. But now that the season actually has to start again, the circus has come to a halt due to the corona crisis.

The money and food for the horses, ponies, camels and dogs run out quickly. “The public can no longer come and without the public we can no longer exist,” says Varina Renz.

There are still a few straw bales, but according to Varina they will be up in a few days. She does not yet know what to do. “We need help quickly now. If people have something left over, we would really like to have it. ”
