On Thursday, when parliamentary membership of Enis Berberoğlu was reduced, it was learned that CHP was informed about this issue 15 minutes before the start of the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. It was stated that the Speaker of the Parliament, Mustafa Şentop, 15 minutes before the opening of the general assembly, called Engin Altay, CHP Deputy Chairman, by phone.
At the session of the Turkish Grand National Assembly on Thursday, the reading of the paralysis that ended the parliamentary membership of CHP’s Enis Berberoğlu and HDP’s Leyla Güven and Musa Farisoğulları created a great controversy. According to the information obtained, the CHP group has not been informed by the TGNA management until the last minute.
CALLED KILIÇDAROĞLU
CHP sources; He said that CHP Group Deputy Chairman Engin Altay, who went to attend the Advisory Board meeting, which was routinely held before the opening of the general meeting, was calling by the Speaker of Parliament, Mustafa Şentop, and that Berberoğlu’s 2-year-old retired person would be taught. It was stated that Altay had a phone conversation with CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu on the phone.
It was noted that CHP leader Kılıçdaroğlu also had a meeting with Enis Berberoğlu, after a break from his party’s provincial presidents meeting. After the meeting, it was stated that Berberoğlu was in front of the cameras and gave a message. CHP sources advocate the view that the education of Berberoğlu, who was held for 2 years, was “consciously done” in the process that started with the arrest of Adana Yüreğir Youth Branch President Eren Yıldırım, and the provocation of playing songs from mosques in İzmir.
Sources state that with the arrest of Berberoğlu, “CHP members are wanted to be taken to the streets”, but the party will conduct this process discreetly under the law. Party sources also point out that new provocations or attacks may occur.
In this context, it is stated in the CHP that an attitude regarding the provocation attempts against the party will be discussed at the VQA meeting on June 8 and then at the party assembly (PM) meeting on June 10.
