KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. China’s relations with Taiwan have been heating up recently after the visit of two high-ranking United States (US) officials to the democratic island.
The visit angered China, which regards Taiwan as a province.
The Chinese military has been off Taiwan’s coast several times and maneuvered incoming flights into Taiwan’s airspace at least twice in the past week during military exercises.
This condition makes Taiwan hot and feels uncomfortable with the presence of the Chinese military in front of his house.

Editor in chief Global Times, Hu Xijin, the Chinese government-backed media, said that the Chinese government was preparing to invade Taiwan because of the Taiwanese leader himself.
