BEIJING, December 31 (Reuters) – Activity in the sector
manufacturing in China advanced in December for a second
consecutive month, driven by an acceleration of production and
an increase in export orders, in a context
ahead in trade negotiations between Pkin and
Washington.
The official manufacturing PMI index stood at 50.2 in
December, identical at least previous, announced Tuesday on
National Bureau of Statistics (BNS). The economists
Reuters polls anticipated an average of 50.1.
It is established above the threshold of 50 which separates contraction
and expansion of activity for a second consecutive month,
after six months of contraction.
These data suggest a recovery from the second
world economic power, while production
industrial has progressed its most important rhythm in addition
than a year and that the increase in new orders remained
supported.
New export orders increased in
December for the first time since May 2018.
