He Chelsea announced this Thursday the signing of the Brazilian striker Deivid Washington, from Santos.
Washington, de 18 years, has signed a contract seven yearsplus an optional one, and it has cost Chelsea 20 million euros.
Now Chelsea have to make the decision to keep the striker or to loan him out to a team for this season.
