Chelsea lose, Azpilicueta fuss with fans

Chelsea lose to Arsenal in their own cage. Uh after the game, the captain of the Blues César Azpilicueta even noisy with fans. What is it?

Chelsea host Arsenal at Stamford Bridge, Thursday (21/4/2022) early morning WIB. Both teams exchanged goals in the first half which ended 2-2.

It was only in the second half, Arsenal could be more clinical in maximizing opportunities and won with a score of 4-2. Results that make Arsenal keep the chance to qualify for the Champions League next season.

For Chelsea, this was the third loss at home in their last four matches. Automatically their chances of winning the Premier League are shrinking, if you can’t say they’ve run out.

This defeat also made Chelsea fans angry and cursed at the players. After the match, Azpilicueta even had a fight with fans who were near the field.

The fans apparently pointed at the Spanish defender while asking Azpilicueta and other players to fight more. Moreover, Azpilicueta was the cause of Arsenal’s fourth goal after breaking Bukayo Saka.

Not only that, the fans also clapped sarcastically at Azpilicueta who walked towards the stands and pointed back. Fortunately the dispute was brief and the fan apologized to Azpilicueta.

While on the other side of the stands, some Chelsea fans also gave applause for the players’ struggles in that match.

“I didn’t go along with it. I saw it, but to be honest I also understand the feelings of the fans,” said Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel. Daily Mail.
