Chelsea Defeats Nottingham Forest 3-2 in Premier League Showdown: Recap and Highlights

Nottingham Forest e Chelsea they played a game this Saturday for the 37th round of the competition Premier League. With a comeback for both teams and two goals in two minutes, the Blues won 3-2 away from home.

After a good start to the second half, the goals started to appear. Forest converted the score to 2-1 with Hudson-Odoi in the 29th. Shortly after, at 35, Sterling tied the game and brought the Chelsea fans to their feet at the City Ground.

Buoyed by the draw, Chelsea turned the game to 3-2 two minutes after Sterling’s goal. Criticized man Nicolas Jackson received the right cross and headed it to find the net and guarantee victory for the Blues in Nottingham.

The win keeps Chelsea alive in the fight for a place in the Conference League next season. Currently in 7th place with 57 points, the London side are tied with Newcastle, currently in 6th place (a position which leads to a place in the continental competition).

Nottingham Forest are in 17th place with 29 points, three ahead of the first team in the relegation zone, Luton Town.
