After the group stage of the MSI 2022 de League of Legendswe know the six teams that are still alive in the tournament looking for the classification for the next stage.

To continue in the search for the title, teams will need to go through the hexagonal phase that will start tomorrow, May 20. In this stage of the competition, all teams play each other in a turn and return phase, with only the 4 best placed qualifying for the semifinals.

Unfortunately, the Brazilian representative in the competition, RED Canids Kalunga, did not manage to qualify for the hexagonal phase despite having presented a good campaign, highlighting the performance of its hunter, Aegis.

Matches in this phase will be played between May 20th and 24th and will be streamed on Riot’s official channels on Twitch and YouTube.

Who are the six ranked

After first stage matches, six teams survive in the competition. Playing in the hexagonal phase, the six teams will face each other in two matches. In the end, only four teams remain to play in the semifinals.

For group A, we were not surprised as to the first place that T1 took in a campaign, until then, impeccable. In second place, the classification went to Saigon Buffalo, which is in its second participation in the competition.

For group B, in which RED Canids Kalunga competed, the first place went to RNG who won all matches played so far. The second place went to PSG Talon, who managed to score a victory over the Brazilians and the Turks, winning the second place by very little.

In group C, which had only three teams competing, G2 prevailed and won all the matches played, while Evil Geniuses won the second spot and secured the next stage of the competition.
