HAARLEM – Apple launched new products on Tuesday: an iPad Air, the Mac Studio and the cheap third-generation iPhone SE, which has 5G for the first time. Functions that were previously only available for expensive smartphones always trickle down to lower price categories later, and the vast majority of Android devices already have 5G on board. Now that the cheapest iPhone also has 5G, it’s time to ask that often-heard question again: what good is 5G to you as a consumer at the moment?
