As quoted from The Verge, Thursday (11/8/2022) Samsung lowered the cost of repairing the main screens of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 to USD 29 (Rp 429 thousand) with a Samsung Care+ subscription. So the cost of replacing the screen Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is just like a regular phone.
In comparison, the cost of repairing the main screen of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 reaches USD 249 (Rp 3.6 million) for devices that are not under warranty. This fee is also only available for Samsung Care+ customers.
But it should be noted that this is a fee for the United States. Samsung says Samsung Care+ coverage and services are different for each country.
In Indonesia alone, Samsung provides a 1 year Samsung Care+ bonus worth IDR 2,799,000 for pre-orders Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 which opens from August 10, 2022 to September 1, 2022.
