Ivo was used to make diced dates, goat cheese and bacon. The stones were removed from the dates, filled with goat cheese on an empty spot, and at the end each piece was wrapped in a slice of bacon. After preparation, everything is grilled until the bacon is beautifully brown and slightly crispy.
