The appointment of a second manager is allowed if the beneficiary is a woman who, during the implementation of the project, becomes a mother
Today they are on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture two projects published for public discussion. One is Draft of the Order to amend the Application Guidelines and Implementation Conditions under the procedure through the selection of project proposals No. BG06RDNP001-6.011 under sub-measure 6.1 “Start-up assistance for young farmers” – for the intake that starts in November 2021. The second draft amendment to the Application Guidelines and Conditions again under sub-measure 6.1, but for the intake that starts with a ministerial order from the beginning of November 2022.
The changes in both orders are identical.
The period for public discussion ends on April 26.
The changes are related to the possibility of appointing a second manager in certain cases – for example, when the beneficiary is a young woman who becomes a mother during the implementation of the business plan. With other amendments, the administrative contract and the Terms of Implementation are updated in order to reduce the administrative burden. In addition, the process of preparing payment requests and optimizing the terms for disbursement of aid is facilitated.
