The function was frequently used to forward or save photos and videos collected via zip file. Chat content could also be sent via TXT file.
This function was particularly helpful when deleting old groups, for example to send photos and other files to the group members that would otherwise have been lost by deleting the chat.
“Export chat history” was also a useful function for separations or deaths. Users were able to delete the chats, save important photos and chat content.
