Until now, users of public transport have been going to the “infotec.be” site to prepare their trips. But it is now a thing of the past.
This Monday, the TEC has indeed launched its new official website, letect.be. As the company explains in a press release, this site was developed as part of the GO DIGITAL program aimed at offering digital and innovative solutions to TEC customers and staff.
It offers several new features:
· A single customer account for the site, the E-SHOP and soon the TEC application with, among other things, personalized management of favorites and notifications.
· A Integrated E-SHOP for a consistent customer experience.
· Information in real time to provide customers with a dynamic overview of the state of the TEC network.
· A simplified navigation to facilitate access to TEC content and information.
· A mobile ergonomics to provide an optimal reading and navigation experience for customers, regardless of their device (PC, tablets, smartphones, etc.).
· A procedure for online recruitment which allows job seekers to apply for TEC offers quickly and easily.
“The TEC is taking the digitalization train and is now advancing with great strides towards ever more quality services to travelers”, rejoices the Walloon Minister of Mobility, Philippe Henry.
Since the merger of the 6 entities on January 1, 2019, there is no longer any question of “TEC Group”, “TEC” or even “TEC”, but rather of one and the same company: the TEC.
The launch of the new letec.be site is an opportunity to reposition and modernize the TEC brand while materializing this merger with users.
