The Chinese Changan has changed the prices for a number of its cars in Russia, Autonews.ru correspondent found out after reading the prices on the official website. So, the junior Alsvin sedan in the cheapest configuration has risen in price from 1,650,000 to 1,690,000 rubles. The price adjustment also affected the four-door Eado Plus. This model has risen in price from 2,299,900 to 2,329,900 rubles.
In addition, prices have increased for the front-wheel liftback Uni-V. Now it costs 2,859,900 rubles. A month earlier, a car could be bought for 2,829,900 rubles. Sports crossover UNI-T has risen in price to 2,869,900 rubles. (previously the car cost 2,839,900 rubles).
The latest novelty of Changan in the Russian market was the Lamore sedan. Car prices start from 2,789,900 rubles. The length of the car is 4770 mm, and the width is 1840 mm, which makes it close in size to Chery Arizzo 8. The latter costs from 3.5 million rubles. According to the Association of European Businesses (AEB), from January to July, Changan sold 11,267 new cars on the Russian market. This figure is 314% more than in the same period in 2022. The most popular Chinese model in Russia was the CS35 Plus crossover, which sold 3,970 copies in seven months.
