The singer’s tour was planned to start in May 2022, but now the tour has been postponed to February 2023. “Well, here we are again, and I’m so sorry to have to change our European tour plans once again,” Dion, 54, begins her video.

She did reveal that she is feeling a little better: “I am better, but the recovery process is very slow and it is very depressing for me,” she said. “I’m getting treatment, I’m on medication, but I’m still having spasms. The recovery is taking a lot longer than I expected.” Dion explained and said that she needs to be in top shape for the performance, but she hasn’t gotten there yet.
