Celebrity Cricket League: ‘Mom’ back, stars no longer barred from participating on their own

Star organization ‘Amma’ has withdrawn from the post of organizer of Celebrity Cricket League. The decision was taken due to a difference of opinion with the CCL management.

Mohanlal will not be the non-playing captain. However, the general secretary of the organization, Evala Babu Manorama, told News that there is no ‘mother’ ban for the players to participate in the CCL on their own.

CCL is back after a gap of three years due to covid. A total of nineteen races over five weekends starting February 18.

For the last eight years, Amma General Secretary Evala Babu was the Kerala team manager. Currently Kunchacko Boban is the captain of the team including Unnimukundan.
