(CRHoy.com) The Costa Rican Social Fund (CCSS) confirmed to CRHoy.com that Institution officials who are teleworking are receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to the CCSS, the National Commission for Vaccination and Epidemiology (CNVE) updated the procedure manual for vaccination, where these workers are included as part of the priority groups.
Likewise, it was indicated that they are already vaccinating health personnel who are teleworking, since this is part of the group 1B and this makes it appropriate for them to apply the doses.
The institution assured that this is due to the order that indicates that these people can be started once the administration of doses to group 1 workers is finished.
“They are vaccinated when appropriate according to the prioritization group established by the CNVE. Group 1 workers who are teleworking are 1b, and they are vaccinated when the 1b are already being vaccinated, ”indicated the CCSS.
