“Catherine Lara speaks out on Pierre Palmade’s accident: Celebrities react”

On February 10, aboard his vehicle, Pierre Palmade hit a car. Tested positive for narcotics, he is indicted for homicide and involuntary injuries. Since then, the comedian has been following these treatments at the Bordeaux University Hospital. Singer Catherine Lara was invited on the set of Chez Jordan. The host then wanted to know what she thought of this case. “It is true that I completely refused to talk about this story, I did not want to get involved in all this”, she began by declaring, before continuing : “It’s very sad for everyone.”

Catherine Lara indicates that this drama is “terrible”: “Pierre, he is being punished, he is not about to recover, the punishment is severe, especially since we are on someone who is supposed to make people laugh, so this is very hard for him, she said. I’m sorry he didn’t know, at his age. We’ve all done stupid things, raise your hand whoever didn’t drive a little tipsy… I did, it happened to me.” This is not the first celebrity to mention this terrible accident. Indeed, Frédéric Rollin had also given his opinion. “This addiction, I’ve seen it up close. I’ve seen it struggle. I know how awful it is”said the director. “The healthcare system does not know how to deal with addictions. Pierre’s case is special”. But he adds: “I do not have to defend Pierre. Pierre has committed a serious fault. Justice will have to pass”.
