The minimal Clara Khoukhi managed 21m48 with the discus and 28m65 with the javelin. Among the youngest, Clément Bonnet Viala threw the disc at 25m45. Sandrine Gardes propelled her hammer to 43m65. But the biggest performance for the colors of Tarn Sud Athletics remains the score returned by the Castres Samuel Conjungo, 15 years old, 1m90 for 80 kg. The young athlete broke two of his records by achieving 61m73 on the hammer, the best French performance, and 56m05 on the discus, the best French performance and the 6th European performance of the year in his age category. The young colossus from Castres had already distinguished himself during the recent French winter throwing championships. On the Salon de Provence facilities, the youngest from Tarn Sud Athlétisme had won gold in the hammer throw before immediately going on to a silver medal in the disc competition, beating his personal bests each time. The future therefore seems paved with medals for Samuel, who is following in the footsteps of his father Michael, a former Olympic athlete for the Central African Republic.
