All are warned of false titles, suspected of having used false invoices, inflated to their maximum. Charges of fraud and money laundering add to the files of the promoter and his lawyer.
The documents at the heart of this controversy enabled the promoter to win a civil lawsuit against the owner of land in Grand-Lancy in 2013. The latter retracted after an agreement to sell her plot and was then ordered to pay more than 300,000 francs to the promoter, who collected and distributed part of it to his representatives.
