DEN BOSCH – A car burned out on Thursday evening on the Brabantlaan in Den Bosch. A trailer behind the car was loaded with furniture and also caught fire.
The fire was reported around 6:40 p.m. The car first malfunctioned when the driver was driving on the highway. Once off the highway, the driver stopped the vehicle on Brabantlaan, opposite the provincial government building. There the vehicle caught fire, after which the fire spread to the trailer.
In addition to the driver, a woman was also in the car. Both were unharmed. The car, the trailer and the furniture in the trailer suffered significant damage.
The fire brigade in Den Bosch was busy with another fire, so the Rosmalen fire brigade came to the scene. The cause of the fire is unknown.
