Superheroes never die. Certainly Steve Rodgers chose to hang up in the end d’Avengers Endgame, but the United States still needs a Captain America to carry the colors of the Stars and Stripes high. Without spoiler the series Falcon and the Winter Soldier which has just been broadcast on Disney +, Uncle Sam seems to have found a figure worthy of taking up the torch of the Sentinel of Liberty.
A film in the lineage of Falcon and the Winter Soldier
The Hollywood Reporter has just confirmed that a Captain America 4 is well in preparation. To write the script, we will find Malcolm Spellman who officiated as Showrunner on Falcon and the Winter Solidarity. He gets down to writing the story with Dalan Musson, who also worked on the series, but also on the film. Iron Sky 2.
For now, the project is still in its infancy and no member of the cast is officially known. As explained by our colleagues, it seems however unlikely that Marvel is moving towards a choice different from that shown in the last episode of his fiction broadcast last Friday.
It is also unknown who will direct this feature film. The return of Chris Evans, hoped for by the public, is also not confirmed. It therefore remains to wait a long time before knowing more about the choices of Marvel.
In the meantime, it is of course possible to view Falcon and the Winter Soldier on Disney +. Without saying too much and not to spoil your streaming session, the series takes place at the end of the events d’Avengers Endgame. In addition to the question of Cape Town’s succession, there is also that of the fate of the people who disappeared from the face of the globe for two years following the snap of Thanos’ fingers.
The shock duo of Sam Wilson and Bucky Banes is not the only one on the track. Fans of the saga should also appreciate the presence of Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp), the former Shield agent, or even Baron Zemo, played by the excellent Daniel Brühl.
