The vindictive acts that various groups are carrying out in defense of the Mar Menor continue during this month of August.
Assuming the limitations of the current health situation and respecting all security measures, SOS Mar Menor convened during the night of this August 14 a ‘Night of candles by the Mar Menor’.
It took place from sunset from 9:00 p.m. on several beaches of the Mar Menor, such as San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier, Los Alcázares, Bahía Bella, Los Urrutias, Islas Menores, Mar de Cristal, Playa Honda and in the La Manga area.
It was a ‘manifestation of mourning’, but also of ‘esperanza’ with the aim that the administrations implement the necessary actions to save the Mar Menor.
