Comfortably installed, Nathalie, suffering from breast cancer, is preparing for a restorative yoga session. “It’s the posture of the queen”, explains Isabelle Dechâtre, yoga therapist. “All I need is the crown,” smiles Nathalie. These “support care” sessions allow him to “channel his overflow of energy” and “to escape”. “It’s a moment of well-being, a time for me, who never had time to take care of myself before,” she observes.
