Toulouse Métropole, as elected officials suggested at their April 1 meeting, asked for a three-year delay. This time would make it possible to relaunch a procedure and draw up a new Urban Plan. The Metropolis was sanctioned on two points: the calculation of the consumption of natural spaces and the objectives of this same consumption considered insufficient.
The community believes that with the cancellation of the PLUiH, “the remedy would be worse than the evil”, that is to say that the return to the old rule would result in a regression on the objective of natural spaces to be preserved. .
The public rapporteur did not object to a delay. But he wants it much shorter than the one requested by the community. He is proposing it until December 31, 2021 no more. The magistrates’ decision was put under advisement.
