Can we still stop a recession? “All classic solutions are now unusable”

Energy prices continue to rise, supply problems persist and inflation is at its highest level since 1983. Voka, the Flemish network of companies, therefore warns of a “very realistic recession risk”. But what is a recession? Can we still stop it? And should we be concerned?
