The corona pandemic has changed a lot – including the way people work. In addition to “systemically relevant”, “distance rules”, “short-time work” or “lockdown”, “home office” has become one of the best-known buzzwords in the current crisis. The importance of working from home has increased significantly: In a nationwide survey, the German Institute for Economic Research in Berlin found that 35 percent of all employees are now in the home office.
