With the release finally arriving, the developer’s strategy for making Hogwarts Legacy work on the Nintendo Switch is finally open. Apart from lower visual quality and resolution and reduced visual effects, it also reduces the number of NPCs going back and forth in the various areas you visit. But the most significant? The Nintendo Switch version of Hogwarts Legacy presents a loading screen instead of an open world that you can explore freely without barriers like the Playstation 5, Xbox Series and PC versions. This 30-50 second loading screen will accompany Switch users every time they change areas (such as when entering Hogsmeade) or simply enter various existing shops.
