Local artists and professionals in events, entertainment, culture and heritage are invited to present projects and activities organized on the city’s outdoor public spaces (streets, squares, plazas, squares and gardens, etc.), as well as the outdoor spaces of certain cultural establishments (Mamac, Musée Matisse, Musée Masséna, Le 109, etc.). In terms of expectations, artistic and cultural projects must reach audiences of all ages. They can take all forms of expression (dance, music, song, theater, circus, sketches …) of all aesthetic registers and forms of representation. In connection with cultural establishments, particular attention will be paid to proposals relating to the programming of places and allowing the enhancement of outdoor spaces. Mediation actions around the project, or the intervention of lecturers, in the case of a broadcast in a place of heritage interest, may be proposed by the candidates.
Depending on the projects selected, the Municipality will organize a coherent program of activities and performances and will ensure a geographical distribution of activities on several sites in the territory.
