MAINFRANKEN – The shareholders of Region Mainfranken GmbH appeal to the people in the region to support the applicable restrictions and to show solidarity.
At a video conference on strategy development for regional cooperation last Saturday, the Mayors of Main Franconia, district administrators, chief executives and presidents of the chambers (IHK and HWK) with the participation of the district president of Lower Franconia agreed on a sustained and joint effort to overcome the currently challenging situation. They also expressed their thanks for the public’s acceptance of the necessary measures.

In the endeavor of the actors to provide sufficient vaccines for the population in the next few weeks, the shareholders of Region Mainfranken GmbH ask that the people in the region are very willing to be vaccinated in the coming weeks and months. It is of paramount importance, according to the shareholders’ appeal, to protect themselves and others. With a view to the overall economic and social development of Main Franconia, the shareholders have agreed to bundle their strengths even more and to set priorities for the cooperation area.
The two chairmen of Region Mainfranken GmbH, District Administrator Wilhelm Schneider and Lord Mayor Christian Schuchardt, were satisfied at the end of the conference: “Today’s exchange flows into an image of the future that forms the basis for further intra-regional cooperation. Especially in difficult times it is important to stand together and develop strategic concepts in order to sustainably strengthen our economic and living space. “
