California Resident Wins $1 Million Powerball Jackpot

A California resident became the sole winner of the $1,000,000 Powerball top prize yesterday.

Wednesday night’s drawing also left 36 million-dollar winners.

Of that total, seven fell in the tri-state area, five of which were sold in New York.

The winning numbers were 7, 10, 11, 13, 24 and Powerball 24.

In New York, one of the millionaire prizes was sold at Deli Salam located at 939 Morris Park Avenue in the Bronx.

The second millionaire prize was sold in Westchester, at the Central Snack Mart Corp located at 395 Central Avenue.

The rest were sold in upstate New York.

One of them at the Cumberland Farms store, at 1159 Troy Schenectady Road; another in Auburn, at a Wegmans store at 1 Loop Road.

Finally, another million-dollar prize was sold at a Sliders Food Mart store at 634 James Street in Jefferson.

The other two prizes were sold one in Connecticut and one in New Jersey.

The winner of the jackpot will take a sum close to 558 million dollars.
