Our lawyers, in America and Italy, exclude it. We also asked for a third opinion. The cause is unfounded and there is no territorial jurisdiction. RCS behaved correctly and the arbitration acknowledged, not only that there was no reckless action, but also that the property was worth 33 million more. There will be no problems”.
