5. The company at its peak
Here, at the peak of an organization’s life cycle, there is enough market share. Good returns result from a lived corporate culture, a living vision, functioning systems, actual customer orientation and a balance of control and flexibility. And as brilliant as this time is, it is also one of the most dangerous.
It’s easy to bask in everyone’s success together so much that commitment is lost. New impetus is urgently needed here, in other words the previous elements that ultimately led the company to exactly this point.
If this is forgotten, the decline of the company is initiated.
