The mycological wealth of Castilla y León and the gastronomic tradition of the region crystallize, once again, in the Gastro-mycological Conference of Castilla y León: Seeker.

The days Seeker They reach their seventeenth edition in 2018, offering simultaneously throughout Castilla y León and for 18 days hundreds of mycological menus to the delight of the thousands of diners who congregate around this long-awaited autumn appointment in the gastronomic calendar. The variety is guaranteed given the variety of mycological species that grow in the forests, mountains and fields of the many setera regions of Castilla y León.
Buscasetas 2018
Seeker It has become the largest of the culinary meetings held in Spain, given the number of participants (up to 250 establishments), the geographical extension of the region (more than 94,000 square km in the nine provinces of Castilla y León) and, mainly, the number of mycological menus served.
Seeker It is also the best excuse to get to know (or revisit) the rich and vast monumental, historical, natural and gastronomic heritage that Castilla y León treasures, finding a mycological menu in one of the more than 200 participants scattered throughout all the regions of the region .
In this web You can see the mycological menus offered by each participant in this edition. You can also rate their quality and share them on your social networks. The participants are grouped by province and arranged alphabetically by the locality in which they are located. In the file of each participating establishment you will find the reservation telephone number and a geolocator map along with its postal address.
We also put at your disposal a great mycological recipe book (courtesy of the participating establishments in the last 8 editions) with a selection of dishes from the menus offered in this and previous editions of Seeker. Simple dishes and elaborate culinary creations where boletus, chanterelles, amanitas, senderuelas, morels, black trumpets, mushrooms … are the common denominator and exponent of the high level of Castilian and Leonese cuisine.
