Munich (SID) – Bayern Munich’s soccer players have had to do without Ivana Rudelic for a long time. As the Bundesliga leader announced on Tuesday, the attacker suffered a cruciate ligament rupture in her left knee in the away game at MSV Duisburg on Sunday (6-0).
This means that the 29-year-old, who only moved back to Munich from league rivals Bayer Leverkusen in January, will be out for several months. After Jovana Damnjanovic and Giulia Gwinn, the runner-up has already had the third cruciate ligament tear in his ranks.
