Russian forces have entered the Ukrainian city of Berdyansk. Their distinctive symbol is the white “Z” signs.
There is a Bulgarian society and school in Berdyansk. Larisa Savchenko from the Bulgarian Society and teachers from Bulgaria are currently there, unable to leave for days to reach the evacuation zone, BNT envoys said.
The situation in the city was signaled by Nikola Turkeci, who is a soldier of the Territorial Defense and is of Bulgarian origin.
At the same time, Ukraine called for the establishment of a green corridor for ethnic Bulgarians who do not have a Bulgarian passport.
