Budget ZTE Axon 11 SE received MediaTek Dimensity 800 and 5G support. Reedus

Chinese telecommunications giant ZTE introduced the new budget smartphone ZTE Axon 11 SE. Its main feature has become a fairly powerful processor MediaTek Dimensity 800.

Previously, support for fifth-generation networks was the privilege of only expensive flagship smartphones. However, this year the market for public sector employees with 5G is expanding significantly rapidly. This has been made possible thanks to Chinese smartphone makers that use low-cost 5G processors MediaTek and Huawei. Stand out in this segment is Xiaomi, which uses the expensive Snapdragon 765 processor in budget smartphones. The ZTE Axon 11 SE is another affordable 5G smartphone thanks to the MediaTek Dimensity 800 processor, which also provides decent performance.

The novelty received a frameless design with a perforated cutout for the front camera on the display. The screen occupies 90.8% of the front panel area. The back side of the smartphone due to the square module of the main camera in the upper left corner is similar to the Huawei P40 Lite. The difference from the competitor is that the fingerprint scanner is located on the back, and not on the side.

ZTE Axon 11 SE runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 800 at 2 GHz. RAM installed 6/8 GB standard LPDDR4X, and a constant 128/256 GB. The 6.53-inch display has an LTPS matrix and FullHD + resolution. The main camera received four sensors at 48 + 8 + 2 + 2 MP, the front – 16 MP. The battery capacity was 4000 mAh. Out of the box, the smartphone runs on Android 10 with the proprietary MiFavor 10.1 shell.

The ZTE Axon 11 SE will go on sale in China for as low as $ 280.
