Budget cross sedan Citroen declassified in official photos

At the heart of the cross-sedan Citroen C3L stretched and slightly modernized front-wheel drive platform PF1 model 2002. To emphasize the “all-terrain” form factor, engineers increased ground clearance to 180 millimeters and retuned the suspension. The C3L body around the perimeter is surrounded by black plastic linings.

The power units of the C3-XR and C3L are different: for the sedan, a non-alternative 1.2-liter “turbo-engine” with a capacity of 116 horsepower (190 Nm of torque) has been announced so far in combination with a 6-speed “robot” with two clutches. A hatchback can be ordered not only with it, but also with a 1.6-liter 117-horsepower “aspirated” in conjunction with a 5-speed “mechanics” or “automatic”.
