Brunei Masters Scholarship, Free Tuition and IDR 5 Million Per Month Allowance Page all

KOMPAS.com – For those of you who plan to continue your studies to the Masters level, Brunei Darussalam can be one of the countries considered because of its location close to Indonesia.

As a well-known neighboring country, Brunei Darussalam routinely offers college scholarships for international students including Indonesia.

One of the scholarship programs that is still open for registration is the UBD Graduate Scholarship (UGS) Program for postgraduate study at Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).

The following information is about UGS scholarships that open registration until 31 July 2020:

Scope

1. Full tuition fees, including registration fees and admission fees at Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

2. Allowances of 500 BND or around Rp. 5.1 million per month for 36 months.

3. Accommodation on campus for 36 months.

4. International students who receive this scholarship will also get an economy class flight ticket at the beginning and end of their studies.

5. Allowances for field research are BND 1,000 for Arts and Humanities and BND 2,000 for Science.

Terms

1. Have completed minimum S1 with a “first class honors” degree or equivalent to an A grade or equivalent qualification.

2. Has completed his Bachelor with a “second class upper honors” degree or equivalent to a grade B with a good publication history, before or after study.

3. Have high-quality research proposals that have an impact on S3 scholarships.

4. Meet the requirements to continue study in the chosen field.

Document conditions

1. Official copy of passport.

2. Official copies of diploma academic certificates and academic value transcripts.

3. Official copies of English language proficiency certificates IELTS / TOEFL / BEC / and others.

4. Security clearance (SC) letter from the country of origin.

5. Applicants who work in the private and government sectors (not including the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Religion) attach permission from superiors.

6. Certificates that do not use English must be translated by a certified official sworn translator.
