Lopez has been wearing street clothes since playing the season opener. As Lopez was on the mend, Bobby Portis stepped up and started in the middle, putting in 15.1 points and catching 8.3 rebounds. The Bucks also signed DeMarcus Cousins this week to add depth to the center rotation.
Lopez is in his fourth season with the Bucks and has contributed significantly as a starter in the Bucks Championship race. Milwaukee missed the spacing Lopez provides with his shot from depth, as well as his height and length at 7’0 and a 7’5 wingspan on the defensive end of the ground.
